At AsapCare and Fitness, we are committed to your satisfaction and the quality of our equipment. If your purchase isn’t quite right, our return policy is designed to make the resolution process as smooth as possible.
To qualify for a return, please ensure you notify us within the following timeframes:
07 Days from Delivery: For items that are incorrect, damaged upon arrival, missing parts, or if you have changed your mind.
One Months from Delivery: For items that are found to be defective.
To ensure your return is processed efficiently, please adhere to the following packaging requirements:
Secure Packaging: Package the item carefully to prevent any damage during transit.
Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original product packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts included.
Intact Seals: All original seals must be intact (where applicable).
Note: If these requirements are not met, we cannot accept the return and the item will be sent back to you. You may log the return again once the missing packaging or parts are secured; however, AsapCare and Fitness reserves the right to charge a collection fee and, where applicable, a re-delivery fee.
If we deliver the wrong item, if it arrives damaged, or if parts are missing, you must log a return within 07 days of delivery.
Your Resolution Options:
We can replace the item, credit your AsapCare account, or issue a full refund. Please note that if replacement stock is unavailable, we will prioritize a credit to your account.
Exclusions:
An item will not be classified as damaged on delivery if it:
Has been damaged by the user after delivery.
Has failed due to electrical surges.
Functions as described on our website but was used for an unintended purpose.
If you have changed your mind and no longer require your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery, provided it meets the "Preparing Your Return" criteria mentioned above.
Standard defective items must be returned within 1 months of delivery.
Upon receipt, our technical team will inspect the item. If the return is justified, you may choose a repair, a replacement, an AsapCare account credit, or a refund. Please note that certain defects may be irreparable and replacement stock is subject to availability.
A return will not be accepted if the item is faulty due to:
Normal wear and tear (standard degradation over time).
Negligence or user-inflicted damage.
Electrical surges or sea-air corrosion (e.g., rust).
Unauthorized modifications or tampering.
Using the equipment for an unintended purpose.
While the standard return window is 6 months, certain fitness equipment carries an extended warranty (e.g., 6 months to 2 years). Details are available on the specific product description page.
Logging the Return: If an item becomes defective after the initial 6-month period but within its extended warranty, contact us immediately.
Logistics: We will facilitate the return to the supplier or manufacturer at no cost to you.
Evaluation: The supplier will inspect the item to determine warranty eligibility. They may charge an evaluation fee.
The 21-Day Rule: If the supplier accepts the return for repair or replacement and the process exceeds 21 days from the date they receive it, AsapCare and Fitness will provide you with a credit or refund directly.
Certain brands manage their own warranty claims. In these instances, when you log a return, we will provide you with the manufacturer's direct contact details. You will need to coordinate the repair or replacement process directly with their service center.
